Announcing enrolment for Brave Girl Tribe 2021!
We are so excited to bring this program to Munich. The course is limited to an intake of 10 girls aged between 10 and 13, who will become part of the 2021 Tribe of Brave Girls.

Welcome to all the Brave Girls out there.
In order for girls to become confident, proud, strong, stable, open minded, honest and decisive women- they need a foundation on which to build from. They need tools to navigate the tricky and emotional time of being a teenager so that they can face the challenges that will confront them.
Mothers to girls, Zoë Boston, Embodiment Coach and I, Outdoor Educator and Nature Coach, have developed a program that will give girls ages 10-13 a solid base to grow and thrive from. Over the course of one year, the girls will meet regularly and work through different aspects of emotional empowerment; growing their self-confidence, establishing boundaries and stepping into personal power, learning communication skills, how to address and understand their feelings and enabling them to unlock the potential within.
Using nature as the backdrop, the girls will learn to understand who they are and the changes taking place within them on a more intimate level. They will explore their feelings and emotions through discussion, movement and creativity. Learning tools to move forward in positive ways, changing the dialogue around shame, being comfortable in their own bodies, facing their fears and getting ready to step confidently into their teenage years.
This is a call for all girls to learn how to love themselves, to gain self-esteem and to find their tribe as they approach a time in their life that can be one of the most challenging and emotionally painful.
Parents will also have an active role in supporting their daughters through this course. The communication between you and your daughter is essential during this time of her life. We will provide resources and materials for you to encourage more open and honest conversation with your daughter so you can help her to thrive.
The program runs over the course of 2021, from January to October. There are six full day immersion experiences over the year whilst the seventh meeting is a full weekend course running from Saturday to Sunday with an overnight stay.
